Excellent Stay With Great Amenities

spacious room clean pools convenient location attentive staff
The room was spacious and provided ample comfort. The pools were clean and offered options for both relaxation and fun with slides. The hotel's location near local shops and restaurants was convenient. I especially appreciated the staff's attentiveness to detail.
Finding available sun loungers by the pool was a bit challenging at times.

mixed feelings about this stay

hard mattress neglected gym
the pools were nicely spaced, allowing guests to find one that suited their mood.
the room i stayed in felt quite dated, i noticed the mattress was uncomfortably hard. the gym seemed neglected and not well kept (i only saw some broken equipment). breakfast was crowded and noisy. the food quality was not great, it was disappointing.

beach massage complementary transfer untidy ground breakfast chaos
My stay included complimentary transfers to the center! i also enjoyed a few thai massages right on the beach. It felt perfect.
the bungalow needed some tlc outside. the grounds had many leaves that weren't cleaned up regularly, i also noticed this. breakfast was a bit chaotic with empty hot plates. there weren't enough tables available some mornings.

adequate stay with some issues

loud air conditioning dirty room
i found the air conditioning in the room unacceptably loud. when i complained, the staff only switched it off instead of fixing it. the room was dirty, with mouldy bathroom tiles and stained toilet seat.
